At Heart to Art Ministries, each piece of art is created with care and attention. Because of the personal and handcrafted nature of my work, returns and exchanges are handled with care to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Original Artwork

All original paintings are final sale. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original art, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or partial refund.
2. Prints & Reproductions

Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
