Returns & Exchange Policy

At Heart to Art Ministries, each piece of art is created with care and attention. Because of the personal and handcrafted nature of my work, returns and exchanges are handled with care to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. Original Artwork

• All original paintings are final sale. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original art, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
   

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or partial refund.
   

2. Prints & Reproductions

• Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
   

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email me at hearttoartministries@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
   

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
   

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos.
   

• I will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
   

4. Shipping Costs

• Original artwork: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

• Prints & reproductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
   

5. How to Return an Item

• Contact me at hearttoartministries@gmail.com to request a return.
   

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
   

• Ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization email.
   

6. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
   

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   

7. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, I will issue a refund.

We aim to get your artwork to you safely and promptly, so you can enjoy it as soon as possible.

1. Standard Shipping (UK)

• Orders under £50: £2.50
   

• Orders £50 and over: Free
   

2. Express Shipping (UK)

• £5.60 for faster delivery.
   

3. Processing Time

• All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
   

• Original artwork may require additional time to ensure safe packaging.
   

4. Delivery Time

• Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the UK.
   

• Express shipping usually takes 1–3 business days within the UK.
   

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
   

6. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
   

7. Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
